WHAT DO THE INITIALS EDT, EDP AND EDC STAND FOR?

The initials EDT stand for Eau de Toilette. These are light fragrances that last a maximum of 3 hours on the skin owing to their oil percentage (this concentration is lower than in Eau de Parfum and because they do not “blend” with the skin, they do not create such a personal aroma as Eau de Parfum).

By contrast, EDP, Eau de Parfum fragrances, contain more oils and therefore have a considerably longer duration than EDT. Their aroma is deep and intense. The magic of Eau de Parfum is that it “blends” with our skin aroma, creating a unique and individual aroma in each person.

Finally, the initials EDC stand for Eau de Cologne. It is the one with the lowest concentration of oils and therefore the lightest in intensity and duration. It is the most suitable for refreshing yourself daily.


ARE ALL THE PERFUMES AND COSMETICS ORIGINAL?

Yes, all our products are 100% original and have been purchased from Authorised Distributors within the European Economic Area. The products are sent to the customer directly from the factory, without tampering. We are Authorised Distributors for numerous brands.

Our priority is to satisfy our customers, which is why we try to lower our prices as much as possible, in order to offer 100% original high-quality products at the best price.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

  • Bank transfer: Bank transfer to the following account:

    If the payment is not received in the following 5 days, the order will be CANCELLED on the assumption the items are no longer wanted. Valid payment method for mainland Spain, Balearic Isles and Foreign Countries (provided the customer accepts the commissions)

  • Credit/Debit Cards: VISA AND MASTERCARD (We have a Secure Payment System via the internet: This Payment Method redirects the customer to a secure page of the bank. If when making the purchase, you are asked for a code to finalise the purchase and do not have it (IT IS NOT THE CARD PIN NUMBER), you should contact your bank in order for them to provide you with the necessary information to purchase from our store with your Visa card. This REDSYS payment system is implanted in all online stores in Spain and the aim is to prevent fraudulent purchases being made with credit cards. Given the nature of the products we sell and for your security, we have now implanted this payment system in our store.

  • Paypal: Internationally-accepted payment method. Secure and efficient. (Because of the high commissions of this payment method and the low prices we try to offer our customers, a commission of 3,5% of the total order amount will be charged).

  • Payment on delivery: 3% commission on the total order amount, with a minimum commission of 3 euros (Payment Method valid only in mainland Spain and Balearic Isles)

HOW WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE AND HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

For deliveries in mainland Spain, delivery will be by NACEX courier.

  • ECONOMY DELIVERY (the order will be received in the following 24-72 hours, excluding Saturdays and public holidays, without specifying the delivery time). This service has a cost of 3.99€ if your order is below 89€ and is FREE if your order is above 99€ (only valid for Spain and for ECONOMY DELIVERY)

  • NORMAL DELIVERY (the order will be received in the following 24-48 hours, excluding Saturdays and public holidays, without specifying the delivery time). This service has a cost of 5.50€ if your order is below 89€ and 1.50€ if your order is above 99€ (only valid for Mainland Spain and for NORMAL DELIVERY).

  • URGENT DELIVERY (if the order is placed before 15.00, you will receive it the following working day before 14.00). If the order is placed after 15.00, the order will be delivered the following day, therefore the delivery will be delayed by one day, with delivery before 14.00. The shipping cost is 8.50€ for orders below 89€ and 2.50€ if your order is above 89€.

  • NACEX SHOP COLLECTION POINT You can opt to collect your order from the Nacex Shop Collection Point of your choice. This service has a cost of 4.50€ if your order is below 89€ and is FREE if your order is above 89€ (only valid for Spain)

As a general rule, the parcels will be delivered within 48 hours following the reception of payment, via the chosen courier.

The shipping costs include the handling costs and packaging, as well as the postal expenses. The handling expenses have a fixed rate, whereas the shipping expenses may vary according to the total weight of the parcel. We recommend that you group all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, therefore the shipping expenses will be applied to each one individually. We are not responsible for any damage your parcel may suffer after delivery, although we will do everything possible to protect all fragile items. The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.

WE DO NOT DELIVER TO CEUTA, MELILLA OR THE CANARY ISLANDS.

Orders placed in mainland Spain should be received within a deadline of 24-72 hours after dispatch (they will normally be received within 24 hours, excluding public holidays, but in certain regions delivery may be delayed by one day).

Deliveries to the Balearic Isles should be received within a deadline of 48-72 hours after dispatch, excluding public holidays. They have a standard rate of 8.5€, 5.5€ for orders over 89€ and 6€ for orders over 149€.

DO YOU DELIVER TO PORTUGAL?

Yes, we deliver to mainland Portugal. We do NOT deliver to the Azores or Madeira.

DO YOU DELIVER TO THE EUROPEAN UNION?

Yes, we deliver within the European Union. The shipping costs for the European Union are 7,5 € for France, Italy, United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg, and 10,5 for the rest of countries, irrespective of the order amount. They will be sent by International Registered Mail, indicating the tracking number. The delivery time may vary according to the country.

WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You can receive your order at the address you indicate in your order or at the Nacex Shop Collection Point of your choice. Bear in mind that if you pay via PayPal, we CANNOT send orders to Nacex Shop collection points, only to the address stated in your PayPal account.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS PLACED CORRECTLY?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail message with an order summary. If you do not receive this, we recommend you check your spam in box.

WHAT HAPPENS OF NOBODY IS THERE TO TAKE THE ORDER WHEN IT IS DELIVERED?

In nobody is in, the transport company will leave a note with a contact telephone number for their office, and will call you later to arrange delivery. If you do not receive your order in 3-4 working days, please contact us to report any incident that may have occurred with the transport company.

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?

The customer has 14 calendar days from reception of the order to exercise their right to withdrawal (in other words, the right to terminate the contract without any penalty whatsoever). In this case, the customer is obliged to return the goods in perfect condition, having previously notified this via e-mail at info@danaperfumerias.com, or via the administration area of their account.

The return expenses (4.99 euros for the collection of the order by courier) shall be met by the customer, and Danaperfumerias undertakes to refund the total invoice amount by bank transfer within a deadline of 14 calendar days. However, it may withhold the refund from the customer until it has received the goods or until the customer provides proof of the return, for example a receipt of the courier company stating the name of the customer and the vendor.

HOW CAN I REGISTER AS A CUSTOMER?

To register as a customer, you should go to “Log in” at the top left of the page. Enter your e-mail address. You will be redirected and asked for your details to create your account.

One of the advantages of registering as a customer is that you can accumulate discounts on all your purchases (you will accumulate 2% of your purchase amount in the form of discounts, which you can use on your next purchase).

HOW CAN I MODIFY MY CUSTOMER DATA?

First you should log in to your account in “Log in” at the top left of the page. There you will be asked if you have already registered. If so, you should log in using your e-mail address and password. As a registered user, you will have access to your customer area where you can modify your personal data, delivery and/or billing addresses, and view orders placed, discounts accumulated, etc.
