Shipping costs when buying perfumes online
HOW WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE AND HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST COST?
For deliveries in the Peninsula the shipment is through the NACEX courier, and we have several types of shipments:
- ECONOMY SHIPPING (Delivery 48-72 hours, Saturdays and holidays not included, without specifying delivery time). This type of shipment has a cost of € 3.99 if your order is less than € 89 and FREE if your order is greater than € 89 (only valid for Spain and in the ENVY ECONOMY mode)
- NORMAL DELIVERY (Delivery 24-48 hours, Saturdays and holidays not included, without specifying delivery time). This type of shipment has a cost of € 5.50 if your order is less than € 89 and € 1.50 if your order is greater than € 89 (only valid for Spain and in the NORMAL SHIPPING mode).
- URGENT SHIPPING (If you place the order before 3pm, you will receive it the next business day before 2pm) If you place the order after 3pm, the order will be sent the next day, so the delivery will be delayed one day more and will be delivered before 2pm. The cost of this shipment is € 8.50 for orders under € 89 and € 2.50 if your order is greater than € 89.
- COLLECTION PUNTO NACEX SHOP You can choose to pick up at the Punto Nacex Shop of your choice. This service has a cost of 4.50 € if your order is less than € 89 and FREE if your order is greater than € 89 (only valid for Spain)
The shipping costs for the European Economic Community will be 15 euros, with no order limit. It will be sent by the Certified International Package modality, indicating the tracking number. The time of receipt of the shipment may vary by country.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal expenses. The handling costs have a fixed price, while the transport costs may vary according to the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We can not combine two different orders, and the shipping costs will be applied for each one individually. We are not responsible for any damages that your package may suffer after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items. The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.

Yes, we ship to mainland Portugal. We do not ship to the Azores and Madeira Islands
ORDER DELIVERY PERIOD
Orders placed in the Peninsula must be received in a maximum period of 24-72 hours, from the shipment (Normally they must be received in 24 hours, holidays not included, but in certain areas, the delivery may be delayed another day). If you have doubts, delivery is delayed, etc, please contact us.
