1. Object

The provider, the data controller of the website, places the present document at the disposal of users, through which it aims to comply with the obligations contained in Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), and to inform all users of the website about the conditions of use of the website.

All persons who visit the website assume the status of user, and undertake to strictly observe and comply with the provisions contained herein, in addition to any other legal provision that may be applicable.

The provider reserves the right to modify any type of information that may appear on the website, without any requirement to forewarn or notify users of said obligations, deeming their publication on the website of the provider to be sufficient.

2. Liability

The provider releases itself of any type of liability derived from the information published on its website, wherever said information has been manipulated or introduced by a third party not responsible for the same.

The website of the provider may use cookies (small information files which the server sends to the computer visiting the webpage) in order to perform certain functions considered to be essential for the correct functioning and viewing of the website. The cookies used on the website are, in all cases, temporary and have the sole purpose of making the user’s next visit more efficient, and will disappear when the user logs off. Under no circumstances will cookies be used to collect personal information.

It is possible that content may be redirected from the customer website to third-party websites. Given that the provider cannot always control the content posted by third parties on their websites, the provider cannot assume any liability with regard to such content. In all cases, the provider declares that it shall immediately remove any content that may violate national and international law, morality or public order, and will immediately withdraw the redirection to said website, reporting content in question to the competent authorities.

The provider shall not be liable for information and content stored, by way of example and without limitation, on forums, chat groups, blog generators, comments, social networks or any other medium which allows third parties to publish independent content on the webpage of the provider. However, and in compliance with the provisions contained in art. 11 and 16 of the LSSI-CE, the provider places itself at the disposal of all users, authorities and security forces, and shall actively collaborate in the withdrawal or, wherever applicable, blocking of any content which may affect or violate national or international law, rights of third parties, morality and public order. In cases where the user considers that any content that could be classified as such exists on the website, they are requested to report this immediately to the administrator of the website.

This website has been reviewed and tested to ensure it functions correctly. In principle, its correct function can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, the provider cannot rule out the possibility that certain programming errors exist, or that grounds of force majeure, natural disasters, strikes or similar circumstances will take place, making it impossible to visit the website.

3. Intellectual and Industrial Property

The website, including by way of example and without limitation, its programming, edition, compilation and other elements required for its functioning, the designs, logos, text and/or graphic images are the property of the provider, except in cases where it has a licence or express authorisation on the part of the authors. All the content of the website is duly protected by intellectual and industrial property legislation, and recorded in the corresponding public registers.

Irrespective of the purpose, its total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution and sale shall, in all cases, require the prior written consent of the provider. Any use without the prior consent of the provider shall be deemed a serious breach of the author’s intellectual and industrial property rights.

The designs, logos, text and/or graphic images not owned by the provider which may appear on the website belong to their respective owners, who shall be responsible for any controversy that may arise with regard to the same. In all cases, the provider has the express and prior consent of the same.

The provider recognises, in favour of the owners, the corresponding industrial and intellectual property rights, whose mere mention or the appearance of the same on the website does not imply the existence of rights or responsibility on the part of the provider over the same, nor any support, sponsorship or endorsement on the part of the same.

Any observations regarding possible breaches of intellectual or industrial property rights, or regarding any content on the website, may be made via the following e-mail address.
